• The M4 has a base cyclic DPS of 4,750 (9,500).
  • The max cyclic DPS is 13,775 (27,550).

Strategies

• It is recommended to get Casket Mag, Fast Hands first before going for Greased Trigger.
• Watch the recoil when Greased Trigger is maxed. Compensate for it.
  • Burst firing can be utilized to more accurately hit zombies in longer ranges, and to save a bit of ammo.
• If you have unlocked the Ammo Efficiency upgrade and have an Ammo Box with a low capacity, it is recommended to upgrade Ammo Efficiency first.

Trivia

• The M4 having the highest max damage out of all assault rifles is odd. The M16 has a longer barrel, the AK-47 uses a larger bullet, and the AUG is a bullpup design which gives it a slightly longer barrel.
• The old M4 model is surprisingly detailed around the scope area. You can see 4 screws near the back of the scope if you look carefully enough.
